All of our agents have had to pass state mandated fingerprint and background reviews, security training and certification, and demonstrate passing firearm grades to receive their licensing. They often have prior Law Enforcement and/or Military experience along with a typical private security work history.

They must remain up to date with state laws, required training, and certification as necessary. Our Standard Operating Procedures act as a guideline for agents to follow, and site specific Post Orders help determine the duty of each agent per individualized Client site location.
