Frequently Asked Questions

IS YOUR COMPANY LICENSED AND INSURED?

  • Yes, we have attained proper licensing from the Licensing Division of the Georgia Secretary of State's Office: Private Detectives & Security Services, the Department of Commerce & Insurance: Tennessee Private Protective Services, and have established the required Certificate of Insurance for each state regarding Professional General Liability Insurance; including a Worker's Compensation Policy.

ARE YOUR SECURITY AGENTS TRAINED AND LICENSED?

  • Yes, all of our agents have had to pass state mandated fingerprint and background reviews, security training and certification, and passing firearm grades to receive their licensing. They must remain up to date with state laws, required training, and certification as necessary. Our Standard Operating Procedures act as a guideline for agents to follow, and site specific Post Orders help determine the duty of each agent per individualized Client location.

DO YOU MONITOR YOUR AGENTS WHILE ON DUTY?

  • Yes, the security agent logs into an automated software system that can verify location and keep a record of when the agent is on duty. An Operations Manager is routinely in touch with agents regarding their assignments and questions; and may check-in on the performance of an agent to maintain that quality work is being provided and regulations upheld. We also, however, trust in our agents' experience and qualifications to a degree in which allows them to perform autonomously.

ARE YOUR SECURITY AGENTS UNIFORMED?

  • We do have a general dress code and personal appearance guideline that our agents are to adhere to, but we typically provide plain clothed, armed security for the majority of our clients per their request. All agents are to have proper identification on them (or within reasonable access) for verifiable purposes.

HOW DO I FILE A COMPLAINT OR PROVIDE A SUGGESTION?

  • We strive to provide excellent service and will review each concern or suggested modification of service, attitude, or details with the utmost care and intensity. Please use the Complaint or Suggestion form or message us via our Contact page.
